If your friends and family are separated by geography, and you have a party or event in mind that will bring everyone together ~ we can design and deliver it!

How do we work?


We begin with a questionnaire to learn the ins and outs of what you want from your event. And then we create 3 personally tailored designs for you to choose from. Once we know what you want, we develop the budget. We approach the very best local suppliers we can find and negotiate on your behalf. We’ll then present you with a fully detailed budget which you can then red-line, and remove anything you decide you’d prefer not to include.

Once the budget is approved, we set up your client account and get to work confirming and liaising with venues and suppliers and managing all of the finances and logistics of your event in order to make that design come to life. We also organise timings for the day to ensure everything runs like clockwork and all suppliers know exactly how, when and where they are to arrive for setup and strike.

Then, it’s the day of your event and we pull out every stop to ensure your day is absolutely perfect while YOU get to relax and enjoy the experience along with all of your guests. After your event, we provide a full budget reconciliation and ensure you have copious photos to remember the day forever!
